HONUKAI accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Items purchased in retail stores or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-shophonuksi.com sites) are not eligible for returns through our return portal. Please refer to the return policy of the original retailer for assistance.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 5–7 days to process once delivered.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if you opt for a gift card refund, you will receive the full refund amount with no deductions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
